I’m a Project Manager by trade. A software development Project Manager, which is a special kind of Project Manager who thrives in uncertainty and constant change while delivering value to customers who’s needs are changing as fast as their business strategy can pivot. You can read more about that on LinkedIn.
That’s the serious side of the work, because, delivering value to the customer who has built a relationship with Kiriworks is a serious thing. Moving on, I do this work because I find it constantly challenging. When it is no longer challenging, I’ll find something that is. I’ve been spoiled by doing the same general thing, living in the ECM and OnBase world, for a long time. To mix things up and challenge myself, I tried managing a project outside my comfort zone. GiveCamp 2013. It was awesome. It was a huge challenge. I forced me to acknowledge that I don’t know a lot about web page development projects. You can read more about that on my volunteer page.
